The trees are in bloom, grass is green and all is well here in my neck of the woods. Did have the temperatures go low for a couple of days, but could have be worse.
Heard someone say today... "well, you know, life is a four way stop". I replied, what? He said again, "Life is a four way stop". Don't you mean, life is a one way street? He answered, "it never has been for me!"
Many families are worried out here. Have been asked if we have enough ammunition and food, "just in case". I ask, in case of what? You know, if the Country starts falling apart. If WE have another depression or if people just start stealing from each other, or worse. My answer is always the same. Heck yes! We live on a farm. Plenty of food, plenty of ammo, plenty of water, plenty of wood. Anyway, that is why I live in the country. Figure that all hell will break loose in the cities first...at least we will have a warning.
That is unless, of course, "life is a four way stop".
